1. Information we hold
We hold customer booking information (name, telephone, email, event address, postcode, venue details and booking requirements) and supplier business information (contact details, equipment, prices, coverage, availability, insurance and payout records).
2. Why we use it
Information is used to arrange, allocate, administer and fulfil bookings, to operate the supplier network, to process payments and payouts, and to investigate complaints, incidents and disputes.
3. Sharing with suppliers
Customer information is shared with the allocated supplier only to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil the booking. Suppliers must treat it as confidential.
4. Supplier obligations
Suppliers must not use customer information for unrelated or unauthorised marketing, must store it securely, and must not allow unauthorised persons to access booking information through their account.
5. Retention
Booking, compliance and payout records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, safety and dispute-resolution purposes.
6. Your rights
Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information where applicable data-protection law provides that right.
