Supplier Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0
These Supplier Terms & Conditions govern your business's participation in The Near Me Network, including how bookings are allocated, accepted, fulfilled, reallocated and cancelled.
1. The Network
The Near Me Network operates a commercial booking and fulfilment network. Bookings generated through Network websites and channels may be allocated to approved suppliers for fulfilment.
2. Supplier obligations
You must keep your business, equipment, pricing, coverage, availability and insurance information accurate and current, and you must fulfil accepted bookings in line with the information supplied to you.
3. Allocation and reallocation
HQ Admin retains control of Network booking allocations and may cancel, withdraw or reallocate an allocation where reasonably necessary.
4. Charges and margin
The Network may retain a commission, booking fee, service fee, commercial margin or other agreed amount from bookings generated, processed or arranged through the Network.
5. Non-circumvention
Suppliers must not deliberately bypass the Network in relation to bookings or customers introduced through the Network for the purpose of avoiding agreed Network charges. This does not prevent suppliers from independently operating and marketing their own businesses.
6. Standards, suspension and removal
The Network may suspend, restrict or remove supplier access where there are serious safety concerns, fraud or misrepresentation, repeated non-fulfilment, misuse of customer information, expired mandatory compliance information or material breaches of these terms.
7. Independent business
Your business operates independently. Joining the Network does not by itself make you or your personnel employees of The Near Me Network.
8. Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time. Where an updated version materially changes supplier obligations, suppliers may be asked to accept the new version.
This document is maintained by The Near Me Network. The full legal text may be extended or updated; a new version is published rather than replacing earlier accepted versions.
